Watch human risk fall, quarter over quarter
Every click becomes a data point. Track the full funnel for every campaign, drill into one person’s timeline, and roll it all up into a single 0–100 risk score the board actually understands.
From click to trend line
Start at the account dashboard: today’s risk score, the live funnel, and the teams that need attention — then drill into any campaign or person.
- The whole funnel at a glance — Sent through Trained, plus replies, on one screen.
- Risk score front and center, bucketed Low to Critical so priorities are obvious.
- Drill from account to person — group, department, then an individual timeline.
- Trends that accumulate across campaigns, quarter over quarter.

From a single click to whole-org risk
Every signal between send and outcome — counted, tied to a person, and ready to share.
The full funnel
Track every stage of every campaign — Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Submitted and Trained, plus who Replied — so no signal is lost between send and outcome.
Group and department breakdown
Slice results by group and department to see which teams click most, and where to point the next round of training.
A 0–100 risk score
Every recipient and account carries a live risk score from 0 to 100, bucketed Low, Medium, High or Critical — one number leadership actually understands.
Timelines and email previews
Open any recipient’s timeline to see each open, click and submission in order — and preview the exact email they received, rendered for desktop and mobile.
Anonymized reporting
Share outcomes without naming individuals. Anonymized reports keep works councils and privacy-conscious teams on side while still proving progress.
Exports and trends
Export to PDF, DOCX, Markdown, RTF and CSV. Trend and cumulative dashboards line up campaign after campaign so you can prove risk is falling over time.
Every campaign, in one place
The campaigns index shows status and headline results for every send at once — so a program of dozens of simulations stays legible.
- Status and results per campaign — click rate and submissions without opening each one.
- Cumulative reporting rolls many campaigns into one program view.
- Compare rounds over time to see whether training is working.
- Export any view to PDF, DOCX, CSV and more for stakeholders.

Reporting, answered
What stages does the funnel track?
Six core stages for every campaign: Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Submitted and Trained — plus who Replied to the message. Each stage is counted per recipient, so nothing falls through the cracks.
How is the risk score calculated?
Every recipient and account gets a score from 0 to 100 based on their behavior across simulations, bucketed into Low, Medium, High and Critical. It updates as people click, get trained, and improve — so it trends down as risk falls.
Can I share results without exposing individuals?
Yes. Anonymized reports show outcomes and trends without naming employees — useful for works councils, privacy-sensitive cultures, and board-level summaries. Detailed per-person timelines stay available to admins who need them.
What export formats are available?
Reports export to PDF, DOCX, Markdown, RTF and CSV. Use PDF or DOCX for stakeholders, CSV to feed a BI tool, and Markdown or RTF for lightweight sharing.
